From 1 to 30, our latest MLB Picks & Power Ratings & how they stack up based on voting from our nine-person panel:

TEAM.  MOVEMENT

1. Houston Astros (–)

►Jeff Luhnow latest big-time GM to get that “President of Baseball Ops” title. The Astros are one of the Hottest MLB Picks on a daily basis. Not only are they winning & making players money but they have covered the run line in 47 out of their 60 Wins for even a greater ROI.

2. Boston Red Sox (+1)

► Hanley Ramirez non-saga proves that almost every FaceTime call is a nuisance.

3. New York Yankees (-1)

► Misguided fans wanting more Austin Romine and less Gary Sanchez will now get their wish.

4. Milwaukee Brewers (+2)

►Jesus Aguilar’s OPS climbs to .955.

5. Atlanta Braves (+2)

►Most intriguing team when it comes to the trade deadline.

6. Cleveland Indians (+4)

►Jose Martinez putting together MVP challenge to Mike Trout.

7. Arizona Diamondbacks (+2)

►With 16 holds and a 0.97 ERA, Yoshi Hirano turning into excellent acquisition.

8. Chicago Cubs (-4)

►Yu Darvish off to rehab start, may make weekend return to rotation.

9. Seattle Mariners (-4)

►Finish their “Group of Death” stretch with 6-7 mark, now get four games at Baltimore.

10. Los Angeles Dodgers (+1)

►After seven-homer Sunday barrage, now tied for second in NL with 95 long balls.

11. Philadelphia Phillies (+3)

►No Phillie has been named on MVP ballot since Carlos Ruiz finished 28th in 2012. Odubel Herrera should change that.

12. Washington Nationals (-4)

►Could Juan Soto make late push for All-Star Game bid?

13. Los Angeles Angels (-1)

►Telling stretch ahead: 15 of last 19 before break vs. Mariners, Red Sox, Dodgers.

14. St. Louis Cardinals (-1)

►Michael Wacha likely out until All-Star break with oblique strain.

15. Oakland Athletics (–)

►Over .500, in the black on run differential, appear to be….legitimately decent?

16. San Francisco Giants (–)

►Hunter Pence hits walk-off double and then dispenses words to live by: “Go at it with love.”

17. Tampa Bay Rays (+4)

►Jake Bauers walking off the Yankees to complete a three-game sweep isn’t a bad glimpse at the future.

18. Colorado Rockies (–)

►Their -47 run differential is fourth-worst in National League.

19. Pittsburgh Pirates (-2)

►Concussion woes return for Francisco Cervelli.

20. Detroit Tigers (-1)

►Outscored 26-3 in weekend sweep at Cleveland. Speed bump or reality check?

21. Minnesota Twins (+1)

►Jose Berrios ranks fourth in AL with 5.45 strikeout-walk ratio

22. Toronto Blue Jays (-2)

►16-20 with Josh Donaldson in lineup, 20-21 without him.

23. San Diego Padres (–)

►Kirby Yates looking like an All-Star at the moment.

24. Texas Rangers (+1)

►Bummer of trading Adrian Beltre might outweight potential return.

25. Cincinnati Reds (+1)

►Seven-game streak and sweep of Cubs gets them off 100-loss pace.

26. New York Mets (-2)

►As .500 fades from view, 100-loss pace draws closer.

27. Miami Marlins (–)

►On a contender, catcher J.T. Realmuto (.308, 10 homers, .913 OPS) would be garnering MVP consideration.

28. Chicago White Sox (–)

►Top pitching prospect Michael Kopech has walked 21 batters in his last 16 Class AAA innings.

29. Baltimore Orioles (+1)

►Half the team may get traded, but only Adam Jones has control over his destination.

30. Kansas City Royals (-1)

►Drop below Orioles for worst record, now on track for No. 1 pick in 2019 draft. If I Were you do not use the Orioles as one of your MLB Picks on a daily basis.
