The Seahawks finished a sparkling 14-5 ATS, the best mark of any team in the league, while also becoming the fifth team in history to finish as the top team in defensive and total DVOA and win the Super Bowl.

Seattle became the first No.1 seed in NFL history to defeat three 12-win teams during their impressive playoff run. But, as the Philadelphia Eagles can attest to, maintaining the momentum, level of play, health, and little bit of luck necessary to contend for Super Bowls doesn’t come easy.
