Archived: OTL releasing Monster 100-Unit Parlay on POTATO BOWL!

Jan 03, 2020 EST

Ohio kicked off the betting proceedings as low as -6 in some spots but has settled in at just over a touchdown. The total, on the other hand, has seen considerable movement, opening at 54 but vaulting all the way to 58.5.

Coming off four consecutive seasons of eight or more wins, expectations were high for the 2019 Bobcats – but they fell flat from the outset, losing four of their first six games while going 1-5 ATS before rallying to a 4-2 finish to secure their fifth straight bowl appearance. The Bobcats were somewhat unlucky, as well with four of their six defeats coming by three points or less.

This team can still score with the best of them, finishing second in the Mid-American Conference in points per game (34.7) while ranking fourth in total offense (443.3 yards per game). And quarterback Nathan Rourke was central to the team’s success with the football, placing fourth in the MAC in passing yards (2,676) and third in TD passes (20) while adding 780 yards and 12 TDs on the ground.

A handful of Wolf Pack players have been suspended for all or part of the Idaho Potato Bowl for their role in a brawl during a season-ending 33-30 overtime loss to the UNLV Rebels. Defensive backs Austin Arnold and Daniel Brown and defensive tackle Hausia Sekona will all miss the game, while linebacker Gabriel Sewell is eligible to play in the second half.

Their absences will not only put more pressure on the rest of the Nevada defense, but also a Wolf Pack attack that finished 111th in the country in scoring offense (21.3 points per game). Nevada’s 123.5 rushing yards ranked second-last in the Mountain West, and its 1.1 passing touchdowns per game placed it ahead of only two other teams in the conference.
