The Chiefs have won the Super Bowl two years in a row and in three of the last five seasons. They are the top AFC favorite to win once again, while the 49ers are the favorite from the NFC.
Kansas City Chiefs +550
The Chiefs remained perfect on the season with a 17-10 road win over the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday. Wide receiver Rashee Rice was carted off the field during the game. Patrick Mahomes has moved back into first place in NFL MVP odds. The NFL Week 5 schedule will have the Chiefs at home to face the 2-2 New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football.
San Francisco 49ers +700
The 49ers picked up a 30-13 home win over the New England Patriots on Sunday to move to 2-2, easily covering the spread as -10.5 favorites. Star San Francisco running back Christian McCaffrey remains on injured reserve. The 49ers are at home this week to take on the Arizona Cardinals, who dropped to 1-3 with a loss to the Commanders.
Baltimore Ravens +800
The Ravens are 2-2 after a dominant 35-10 win over the Bills on Sunday night. Lamar Jackson accounted for three total TDs in the winning effort. Derrick Henry racked up 209 combined yards and two touchdowns, highlighted by an 87-yard TD run. Baltimore hits the road to face off with the 1-3 Bengals this week.
Buffalo Bills +1000
The Bills fell to 3-1 with the loss to the Ravens. Buffalo entered the game as a slight +2.5 road underdog but couldn’t get anything going in a 25-point loss. Josh Allen has dropped to second place in NFL MVP odds, behind Mahomes. The Bills will try to get back on track this week when they travel to take on the 3-1 Texans.
Detroit Lions +1400
The Lions moved to 2-1 with a 20-13 road win over the Arizona Cardinals last Sunday, getting the cover as -2.5 favorites. Jared Goff completed 18 of 24 passes for 199 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in the winning effort. Detroit will be part of this week’s MNF doubleheader when it plays host to the 3-0 Seattle Seahawks.
Houston Texans +1500
The Texans improved to 3-1 with a 24-20 home win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. Down 20-17 late, C.J. Stroud capped off a nine-play, 69-yard drive by connecting with Dare Ogunbowale for the game-winning touchdown. Houston is home for a second straight week to take on the Bills, followed by a two-game road trip.
Philadelphia Eagles +1600
The Eagles fell to 2-2 with a 33-16 road loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. Philadelphia entered the game as a half-point favorite but quickly found itself in a 24-0 hole in the second quarter. The Eagles closed that gap late, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the massive deficit. Up next, Philadelphia is at home against the 1-3 Cleveland Browns on Sunday.
Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings have soared up the Supper Bowl odds board after a 4-0 start. On Sunday, the club got out to a commanding 28-0 lead against the Packers but had to hang on in the end to escape with a 31-29 victory. Sam Darnold threw for three touchdowns and one pick. Minnesota is off to London this week to take on the 2-2 New York Jets.
2025 Super Bowl line moves
As Week 4 winds down, the top of the Super Bowl odds board remains the same as it was entering the campaign. The Chiefs (+550) and 49ers (+700) continue to lead the way. Kansas City is a perfect 4-0, while San Francisco improved to 2-2 this week, snapping a two-game skid.
Behind the two leaders, the Ravens (+800), Bills (+1000), and Lions (+1400) round out the top five. The Texans (+1500), Eagles (+1600), and Vikings (+1700) are the only other clubs with odds of less than +2000 at most NFL betting sites.
Notable risers following the results of the first four weeks of play include Minnesota. The team’s odds have steadily moved from +5000 to +1700 following a 4-0 start. The Commanders have also been on the rise after a 3-1 start, with the line jumping from +10000 to +5000.
Teams moving in the opposite direction include the Cowboys, whose odds have dipped from +1500 to +2500 after opening at 2-2. The 1-3 Browns have also dipped, declining from +3500 in advance of the season to +15000.
At the back of the pack, four teams are at +35000 or greater: the Titans (+35000), Patriots (+50000), Giants (+50000), and Panthers (+50000).
